1. Reservations and Payments

All reservations require full payment at the time of booking to confirm services.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will receive a 100% refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity or no-shows will incur a 100% charge.

• In cases of adverse weather conditions, a full refund is granted only if the harbor is officially closed by authorities.

• Promotional bookings are non-changeable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.

• A valid coupon is required for any reservation changes.

3. Pricing and Promotions

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless explicitly stated.

4. Responsibilities and Liabilities

• Gray Line Los Cabos is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during tours or transportation services.

• Participants are responsible for securing their personal belongings.

• It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they are in suitable health to partake in activities.

5. Changes to Services

• Gray Line Los Cabos reserves the right to modify or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or insufficient participation.

• In such cases, alternative arrangements or full refunds will be offered.

6. Privacy Policy

• Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for reservation and service delivery purposes.

• Gray Line Los Cabos does not share personal information with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Baja California Sur, Mexico.

• Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San José del Cabo, B.C.S.
